I spent a good 20 minutes just watching the clouds today. I had things to do, places to be, people I needed to talk to, but I left the phone inside and just went out and sat and looked and appreciated.
I feel much saner now.

Just found your blog while browsing...maybe if I stare at this picture for 20 minutes I'll feel the same...
I'm a cloud-watcher too. I've posted lots of cloud photos on my blog for those who simply can't make the time to look for themselves ;)
