I've got to thank Tricia at Shout for bringing this to my attention.
The current regime in Burma has subjected women to systematic rape and sexual violence while oppressing attempts at democracy. The leaders of this regime have a superstition that contact with a woman's underwear will rob them of their power.
Surely you must have some old, worn out panties laying around. Do you just toss them away when the elastic loses its integrity?
Here's another option: send them where they can do some good.
Join the world-wide movement of women knocking off their knickers and sending them to the leaders of this oppressive regime. Follow the link for more information: Panties for Peace
pass it on

I've already picked out the perfect pair to send!
Wow. . . . it sounds too simple to be true. . . I'm in shock. . .
