The Hammock

As usual, I spent the vast majority of my time at cheese days in the hammock.

As a result, the vast majority of my photos are of items I could spy from the hammock.

Side Note to Hammock Manufacturers: Is it so difficult to come up with a hammock design that allows one to get in and out of the hammock without making an ass of oneself? And cupholders - why are there no cup holders?

I think a cup holder is a superb idea!

Or...you could just wear one of those hats that holds a beer can. You know, the one with tubes that shoots beer into your mouth.

Cheese Days look like WAY too much fun! Anything involving a hammock, a beer and fireworks has to be fun!

You take such beautiful pictures, by the way.

Hi Judy. Thanks for your comment! I've have a browse and love those photos, those little cushions, the snippet of your family history (wow! amazing to have those pictures!). All in all, a fantastic eclectic blog! Thanks for sharing!

Judy, those pictures are great. I especially like the one with the little daisies. It is so green there. Arizona is very brown and tan in the summer. Boring!

Cup holders. I like it. Thanks for visiting my blog today and letting me know I am not alone. I ended up heading for college due to a layoff at the end of March. I love the name of your blog. I have had no caffeine in two months and this a.m. drank a whole pot of regular coffee so I would be alert for my CPT test. It's going on midnight. I am still quite alert!

Those are some beautiful pictures you took.

As for the missing cup holder...might I suggest an IV drip? ;-)

Wow, those pictures are gorgeous. So serene. I think they might be The Place I Go In My Head today when the mayhem gets to me.

This is just lovely. I want to be there, making an ass of myself whilst getting in & out, too!

*Love* this, and you pose some excellent questions :)

You are seriously contributing to my Pacific Northwest Envy. If you got into a hammock here in NC, right now, you'd have a heatstroke.
